農地買うの？じゃあプレハブ建てたらダメですよ。人が住める倉庫もダメですよ。
どうしても住みたいならお金払ってその２０坪だけ宅地にしてくださいね。
そこで土地区切るので整地料を払ってね。

残りの農地は何植えるの？何植えてもいいけど整地料払ってね。
あと土地の固定資産税もね。宅地にした分は多めに課税しときますねｗ
あと米はなるべくやめてね、減反調査員来た時接待しないといけないから。

ところで、その農地の利水は？ボーリングするなら80万円払ってくれる？
あ、この80万円は掘るだけね。出なかったらゴメンｗ
水出たならボーリングポンプ設置してね。30万円でいいや。
ちなみに水くみ出したらポンプの電気代取るからメーター追いていくね。

あと農地農排水溝ある？ないと取水排水分離できてないってことで
米作れないから近くの農業委員会に行って頂戴ね。
